The Promised Revival

There is a mighty river flowing from Zion that shall cut new channels of My glory throughout the earth, for its current courses like fire with divine power. And so even over the parched ground of desolate places shall fresh streams of living waters abound, for its surge shall have the strength to push through layers upon layers of hardened soil.

Yet in this hour there are those who are attempting to force its appearance by hosting special gatherings striving to be known as the initial source of the promised revival, but these children have misinterpreted the unfolding of this resurgence, and as a result, are found rushing ahead. Even though their efforts are done in their own strength, I am faithful to My Word that says anywhere My children assemble, I am there in their midst, for My promise to never leave nor forsake them is guaranteed. However, these believers are simply mimicking what they’ve learned from past visitations when Holy Spirit moved as a supernatural torrent in and through the Church. And so, what they had hoped would occur by their efforts shall not manifest, though “revival” is what it shall be called, as many among them shall experience the miraculous.

Yet again, I am doing something new, and therefore looking to what has been shall be of little benefit, for who can fully perceive what I am doing before I have done it? Then those that are endeavoring to resurrect yesterday’s methods of revival are attempting to manufacture an outpouring of Holy Spirit instead of awaiting a purely organic visitation, for they are eager to encounter this surge of divine power. However there is an order to the unfolding of this resurgence that rests outside of anyone’s scope, and therefore it shall not be rushed, as Holy Spirit only ever acts in accordance with My will. 

Then none should be found striving, trying to force Him to move, for the wave of revival that has begun flowing through the Church shall swell up from within, as those who step into its current shall suddenly be filled to overflowing.

So dear ones, instead of running from here to there chasing after assemblies already carrying the label “revival”, come away with Me in the stillness of abiding: that holy habitation where My Presence is found. Worship Me here, for it is in the secret place of our meeting that this fiery river shall rise and suddenly overtake you from head to toe.
