I proclaim this to be the Year of the Lord, for indeed His favor has been displayed over this nation. I decree that this shall be a season of jubilation, for the Lord Strong and Mighty has won!
Like a lion ready to strike, He marched out of Zion intent on devouring the evil done by the enemy, and shred to pieces the very scheme meant to hold this nation in bondage. For though this thief came as an undermining force against this republic, his real agenda has been to silence the Church who dwells upon these shores, because her voice has been allowed to speak freely of the love our Father has for the world.
It pleases the Lord, our Maker in heaven, to keep this land set apart from all other nations, so that His Kingdom is preached in every place where man dwells, for it is His purposes alone that should be served.
Then with cheers of exultation proclaim “The Lord is here!”, for it is He who mounted a strong offensive and rescued us from our enemies. Let the banners of triumph be raised, fly the flags of His Kingdom colors, for what looked like sure defeat was overturned, bringing victory to those who were sure to be oppressed.
Therefore, rejoice all you peoples of this great nation, for the Lord Strong and Mighty saved you from the evil that sought to destroy you.
My goodness has washed over this land, covering her people and enriching her soil, just as the waters cover the sea, so that she can remain a free and prosperous nation.
“The Spirit of God, the Master, is on me because God anointed me. He sent me to preach good news to the poor, heal the heartbroken, announce freedom to all captives, pardon all prisoners. God sent me to announce the year of his grace, a celebration of God’s destruction of our enemies.“ Isaiah 61:1-2 (MSG)
