Then There Were Two

The one who ultimately wins our battle is God from Then There Were Two | My Daily Letters - MDL

In this dark hour, many will say to themselves, “God will not come through for us!”, for these have set their sights on things below, and so are convinced that the enemy has already won.

Then just as it was with My people when they fought to take the ‘land of promise’, of the ten who were sent out to survey the territory, the observation made by the majority was that taking the ground was impossible, for they allowed the circumstantial evidence in that moment to dictate their belief about the future, instead of standing upon My promise to defeat the enemy and bring victory.

Yet there were two among these spies who remembered My words, and that I am a faithful Father, and therefore, were confident that My people who were appointed to that season, would only know success, as their campaign would ultimately be won by the Lord God Almighty, which meant they did not fight alone.

Then, those who line My ranks now need not be overwhelmed when they hear the enemy blustering about, for he is just pounding his chest hoping to intimidate My soldiers until they become disheartened, and then turn away from the battle.

“Hold your ground, and stop listening to his predictions about the future!”

Instead, determine in your hearts that no matter what you witness happening in the physical war, you will not be detoured from completing this mission, which is, right now, to stand in faith on the promises I have spoken over this nation, and the outcome of the current election.

Let go of any defeatist thoughts, and choose to walk as Caleb and Joshua, who were not overwhelmed by the size or prowess of their enemies, for they knew the “God Of Angel Armies” marched ahead, and would route the enemy out of their land.

Then say to yourselves, “We have won!”, and let your warfare begin from this position! For what evil strategy hatched by the enemy can defeat an army who marches with this positive confession carried in their hearts?

“Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.” Colossians 3:2
