Like a battering ram striking the gates of a citadel, so the prayers of the Saints have hit hard against the enemy’s blockade, causing great upheaval amongst his ranks.
Since he thought this generation of believers to be a complacent lot, there was no question in his mind that “now” was the perfect time to launch an all out assault against the Church.
But he underestimated those who belong to Me, and so has found himself in the thick of battle, with My troops closing in. For a remnant of well-trained soldiers has been relentlessly pursuing him, and soon shall overtake the ground he is holding and demolish the stronghold he sought to erect in this nation.
Indeed, their warfare has been effective, for the continual contending has brought blow after blow against this barrier the enemy thought was sure to hold. Although he has tried to reinforce it with more deception, he is just prolonging the inevitable, for he shall know defeat.
Remember, dear ones, that just because the enemy proclaims he has won does not make him the victor, for he can say what he likes but because there is no weight behind his words, there isn’t any validity to his claims.
Then continue to challenge his position, keep aiming your prayers right at the center of his blockade, for the power behind your declarations shall eventually cause the whole structure to collapse.
So hold fast to your faith and do not give up an ounce of resolve to doubt, for suddenly this battle shall turn because it rests in My favor and is upheld by My will.
“And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen. And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” Matthew 21:21-22
