Those found in My Son are like an anchored vessel, for these are eternally tethered to Him by an unbreakable chord, and can never be separated from His love.

Yet many are the number of believers who still seek other means to gain My approval, even though they have been justified through His blood, and therefore, needn’t strive to do good works as if these deeds will grant them more grace from Me. What these believers have missed is, that because Christ became the perfect sacrificial Lamb when He laid down His life upon My altar, this accomplished forever the need for “works of righteousness” in order to become more pleasing in My sight.

Then just as a rodent running on a wheel never makes any progress, so, too, are these children stuck in this religious cycle which keeps them from enjoying their redemptive freedom, for the debt they owed has already been paid in full. And while good works are a sign of a life surrendered to Me, these are acts of obedience generated from thankful hearts, and not a means to earn salvation, as repentance is the only action required to secure this divine gift.

Therefore, those who have sought Me for forgiveness, and acknowledged My Son Jesus as Savior, are now in right standing before My throne, which is why they should reject the compulsion to pile on works of service in an effort to retain this favored position.

Then do not partner with the lie that is telling you to “do”, as this is the enemy setting a trap. He knows that distractions will keep believers from experiencing their soul’s full liberation, for he has convinced many believers over the centuries that ‘performance’ is how to keep from losing their salvation.

Shun these lies and refuse to listen to his voice, then just enjoy soaking in My Presence.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.” -Ephesians 2:8-9
