How Fierce The Storm

In the palm of Gods hand believers are safely held no matter How Fierce The Storm | My Daily Letters - MDL

So like a churning sea, the waves from this political storm are increasing and shall cause major destruction to this nation’s infrastructure once it fully hits landfall. And while many had forecast inclement weather during this season, none shall be prepared for the eventual outcome, for this tempest will be unrelenting as it batters these shores with gale force winds and torrential rain.

And so, though some in the nation’s capital will seek shelter outside of her borders, others will attempt to ride out the storm’s wake, hoping that calmer seas will soon prevail. But these shall not be able to avoid getting caught in its powerful tow, pulling them under water as it flows.

The tide is beginning to rise as the storm surge washes up over the shoreline, threatening to destroy anyone who is caught in its path. Even those seeking higher ground won’t be able to reach safety once these hurricane-like winds hit this seaboard.

Then great shall be the fallout, as those thought untouchable are swiftly carried out to sea, where their voices can no longer be heard again. For when I threw these a lifeline, they cast it aside thinking themselves to be strong enough to stand against My power and authority.

So while they built a well-fortified levee to stem any tide of dissension, not a single one who designed this barrier took into consideration the force of My hand pushing against it. Like a dike that is getting ready to burst, the solid front set to enclose this nation and her people is starting to crack, as it won’t be able to hold when the full impact of this storm hits.

However, none who are Mine need become fearful, for they are safely held in the palm of My hand. Then each one found therein is protected no matter how fierce the storm. So rest easy, Beloved, and be at peace in your hearts, for I shall keep you from knowing any harm.

“The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.” Nahum 1:7
